We’re up to good designing over the holiday season.  We’ve started on our new website design and wanted to give you a heads up that we’re going to be looking good (thanks to our sister company MayeCreate) in 2012.

Our goals for the new site are:

• A streamlined help section, allowing you to search for answers and find them faster
• Video tutorials to replace the older step by step versions
• A cleaner, sleeker look
• Easier to understand service listings
• More prominent reminders about our awesome blog topics

In 2009, Microsoft released Windows 7, but Outlook Express was not included in the new version. Many of our customers say that they miss using Outlook, so we brainstormed some ways to make Gmail or Tnetmail accounts better resemble Outlook. We came up with three easy tricks.

Trick 1: Preview your emails

The first and easiest way to make your Tnetmail or Gmail account look more like Outlook is by activating the email preview option.

1. Click on “Settings” in the upper, right corner or your window.
2. Then, click “Labs” in the menu across the top.
3. Find the lab entitled “Preview Pane”, and check “Enable.”
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the lab options and click “Save Changes.”
5. Your Tnetmail or Gmail account will then take you to your inbox, where you will see a new button in the upper, right corner of your window (next to the settings wheel). When you click on the button, you can choose either a “Vertical Split” or “Horizontal Split” to make your inbox better resemble Outlook. Read the rest of this entry »

We can configure the system to for almost any computer that can work on the Internet.  If your computer supports WiFi, we can configure a bridge between WiMAX and WiFi for home or business installations (certain hardware restrictions may apply and some additional hardware may be needed).

We have computer-modeled maps that predict reception quality with high accuracy. If you can’t get service where we predict, you can return your modem for a full refund.

WiMAX provides a network connection. We can configure the modem to work with almost any networked device. Additional fees may apply.
