Our free phone support is available from:

Phone support is designed to answer basic operational questions, provide pointers about where to get software and drivers, and basic troubleshooting.
When you call, please have the following information:
- Your computer type (manufacturer and model)
- Your operating system and version (2000, XP, Vista or Mac System OS X)
- The browser and version (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.)
- Your modem type/speed (manufacturer, model, speed)

On-Site Support
On-site support is available after an initial phone consultation in limited regions. We do this for two reasons: One, if the problem is un-resolvable in 15-20 minutes of phone support, it is much faster for us to be on-site. Two, it saves everybody time, trouble, and frustration.
Please note: Networking, installing, assembling, or setting up your computer or modem are available for an additional charge.
