My grandparents and then my mother ran a book store in the Missouri Ozarks near Branson for more than 30 years. I inherited the remaining stock from that store. Some of those books I want to keep as "family heirlooms" (e.g., those books that were autographed by the likes of Carl Sandburg, Thomas Hart Benton, Thor Heyerdal, Harry Truman, etc.), but I don't want to be the curator of the thousands of other old books. Thus, I am offering them for sale. My provider does not give me the space to put photos of all the books on this page, but if you are interested in a particular book, email me at scimusic@tranquility.net for a photo, and I will send you a photo by return email. Check back often as we will open boxes and discover new old books from time to time.
